Percy was and will always be one of the greats to play at UF. The problem with Percy was that he went all out when he was healthy and often would just run into the pile at full speed. Often he would be out of position to take a hit and that will play on the body at will. This is not a knock on Percy, I loved to watch the kid play and will be getting a Viking jersey for sure, it is just something that I noticed that he did. At least he went all out when he was healthy and did his best when he could play when hurt.

I would not have hesitated to take him as a first-round draft pick.
A flu is not an injury. While he has had some bumps and bruises throughout his College career, there is no doubt that the Gator Nation felt a sigh of relief knowing that he was going to play on any given Saturday. Even when he was not 100% Percy was better than 99.9% of RBs at 100% health. His workouts during the Christmas break, in order to get back on the field for the National Championship game, exemplifies his toughness and work ethic.
